As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about townhouses, conventional-FHA-VA loans, HOAs, price per square foot, days on market...or anything else real estate. I actually knew Dustin from Crossfit, but didn't know he was a realtor until I mentioned I was looking for a place when my lease was up and he offered to help. After answering about 10,000+ questions, texts, calls, and e-mails and talking me off a ledge a few times, I was able to buy a brand new townhouse in the Lower Greenville area. Dustin guided me through the process from looking at places, getting pre-approved, making offers, inspections, negotiating the final price, and then finally closing! When my closing was about to be delayed by a failed City inspection over the building sprinkler pressure, Dustin was the person who went to the City's Building Inspection Department and worked out the re-inspection and he got it done, NOT the developer. He really does go above and beyond, and if I ever get ready to buy or sell again, Dustin will be first call.
